Branding & Event Design
To protect our client’s privacy, we're not sharing specifics or visuals.
We have helped many clients bring experiences to life in high-end events, meetings, trade shows, and more. Each one has unique elements and requirements, and we are passionate about bringing them to life in a way that delivers real impact.
Event Branding
Corporate event to sales team training to trade shows, we design visuals that reflect the identity and bring excitement. We then apply the visuals to needed elements to create a cohesive and premium experience.
We focus on working seamlessly with the event, location, other vendors, and clients. Our environment design approach ensures each element is considered strategically, event visuals are cohesive, everything works together, and the experience is delivered on time and on budget.
Here’s a partial list of the types of elements we have created, but we're happy to explore new ones, too!
- Live events and speakers
- Stage design
- Physical elements, such as booths for trade shows and meetings, event signage, key cards, registration podiums, name tags and lanyards
- Digital kiosks
- Digital experiences, including immersive presentations, videos, and pre-/post-event emails, takeaways, apps, and mobile experiences
- Meeting collateral, such as branded presentation folders, trading cards, designed food (cookies, coffee foam), branded giveaways (plant holders, etc.).
A Stage With Impact
One component was working with the event team to design the stage for some of our events. Using a hard set, the Stephens+ team designed how the on-stage experience could come to life, from textures and substrates to flooring, colors, and lights.
campbell university
As the site of Campbell University’s basketball, volleyball, and wrestling programs, Gore Arena needed a lobby that echoed the passion and vibrancy found inside the venue. We designed a sleek space that felt exciting and on-brand, providing an electrifying experience that starts before you even enter the facility — thanks to a giant camel that’s visible from the exterior.
college of charleston
Our team proposed a refresh for the entire facility — from flooring and lighting updates to murals and graphics that highlighted the school’s teams and history, as well as the city of Charleston. These strategic updates infused TD Arena with a renewed spirit, elevated the athletics brand, and instilled a sense of unity.
